Getting Started (4-Step Process):

(1) Click here to enter your property information.
(2) Email your interior and exterior photos to us by clicking here.
(3) Pre-pay your $49 listing fee using our Secure Paypal shopping cart. Click on the "Add to Cart" button located above.
(4) Once you complete loading your information, email your photos, and pay your $49 fee online, we will call you to schedule a 30 minute appointment at your property to do the following:
Deliver our FREE Market Analysis to you at the time of your listing appointment to help you determine the appropriate market price for your property.
Sign a listing agreement (required by MLS) that confirms your price and places your home on MLS, Realtor.com and Real Estate Company Websites.
Prepare a Real Estate Condition Report and Lead Addendum (if required) that's posted online with your MLS listing.
Your property, photos and documents will appear on MLS the same day of your listing appointment. We confirm your listing by emailing you your MLS number along with a confirming color MLS datasheet.
Within 24-72 hours, your pictures and data will appear on Realtor.com and other Real Estate Company websites.

Your Cost
You pay a listing fee of $49 for each month that your home appears on MLS.

You pay a "One-Time" listing set-up fee of $95 when we arrive at your home.

If a realtor sells your home via MLS, you pay that realtor a 2.5% commission at closing.

If you sell your home by yourself (without the cooperation of a MLS Realtor), you pay NO selling broker commission.

We provide optional transactional help for a separate flat fee. We recommend Wisconsin Real Estate Attorney Robert W. Flessas to draft or review your offer to purhcase and close your transaction seamlessly, all at a reasonable price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE: We use the following MLS systems to display our listings- In Illinois: ConnectMLS. In Wisconsin: Multiple LIsting Service, Inc. All information that we collect and post on any MLS system is provided by sellers and other third parties and should always be independently verified. Clients using our service are responsible to verify their listing information and report changes and corrections to us immediately. We are not responsible for any interruptions, failures or delays in the delivery of MLS information. LIsting Fee paid at the time of execution of the listing contract is non-refundable. By listing with us, you authorize us to periodically contact you via telephone or email to update our information relative to our listing agreement with you. All listings are published via our marketing brokerage agreement with buyhouse.com, LLC.
